A Power Yoga Canada satellite studio space while we find our home studio in Bowmanville.  

 

Location

South Courtice Arena

1595 Prestonvale Rd, Courtice

By Car:

• From 401 east - exit at Courtice rd. Turn right on Courtice rd, left on Bloor st., 2nd left on Prestonvale Rd. Destination will be on the left directly across from a residential street called Southfield Ave.
• From 401 west – exit at Courtice rd. Turn left on Courtice rd, left on Bloor st, 2nd left on Prestonvale Rd. Destination will be on the left directly across from a residential street called Southfield Ave.   

By Bus:

•  421 Townline bus route runs Monday to Friday. It takes you to the corner of Southfield Ave. and Prestonvale Rd. directly in front of the South Courtice Arena.   

At Arena: 

• Enter through the arena's front doors. Just before the customer service desk go left down the hallway. At the end of the hallway is the gymnasium where the magic happens. 

 

Membership 

Single $12 (includes hst)
10 Class Pass $90 (plus hst)

All class are DROP IN, so no reservations needed. Please bring your own mat/towel/water. Classes are not heated......yet.
